Shipping & Collection
We process orders quickly so your items can be collected or delivered as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.
Collection from Our Outlet
Outlet orders can be collected free of charge from our warehouse outlet in Catral, Alicante.
Most collection orders are ready within approximately 1 hour during opening times.
Customers are welcome to view and inspect items before taking them away.

Delivery Across Spain
We offer delivery across mainland Spain for customers who are unable to collect from our outlet.
Spain delivery is usually completed within approximately 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery Across Europe
We also deliver to selected countries across mainland Europe.
European delivery is usually completed within approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and transport route.
Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery country.
If you live on an island, in a remote area, or outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered using tracked transport where available.
Standard furniture delivery is made to the nearest accessible point, such as your building entrance or front door.
We do not currently offer unpacking, assembly or in-home placement as part of standard delivery.
Furniture can be heavy, so please arrange help for moving items inside and assembling them if required.
Delivery Timelines
In-stock items: Usually dispatched quickly and delivered within the estimated timeframe shown above.
Pre-order items: Shipped on or around the estimated date shown on the product page.
Mixed orders: Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items may ship once all items are available.
Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, transport routes, public holidays, customs checks, carrier capacity or other logistics factors outside our control.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives.
- If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier before accepting where possible
- If the item appears damaged or incorrect, contact us on the day of delivery
- Please include clear photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage
- Please keep the original packaging until any issue has been reviewed
Transport-related claims reported after the delivery day may not be eligible for courier compensation.
