Ask your photographer for the original high-resolution JPG or PNG, with permission to print it. Leave room around faces and check the crop in the preview. Colour and black-and-white photographs are both welcome.

Power and installation

This is a mains-powered frame and needs a nearby power socket. Mount it securely on a suitable wall, then connect the supplied adapter. Allow a route for the power cable.

Sizes and finishes

Silver: 31 × 22.5, 43 × 31, 60 × 43 and 85 × 60 cm. Black: 43 × 31, 60 × 43, 85 × 60 and 120 × 75 cm. Check the dimensions when choosing your frame.

Choosing your image

Use an original, high-resolution JPG or PNG where possible. Avoid screenshots and compressed copies. If we believe your image may not print well at your chosen size, we will contact you before production.
