Marcel Olsen Outlet products may include new overstock items, customer returns, ex-display products and warehouse clearance stock.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the condition and classification of the product purchased.
New & Unused Outlet Products
New and unused outlet products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and structural defects under normal domestic use.
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper assembly or misuse
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed before purchase
- Damage caused during customer transport or handling
Customer Returns, Ex-Display & Clearance Products
Some outlet items may be sold as customer returns, ex-display products or clearance stock with cosmetic imperfections or signs of prior handling.
Where applicable, any known cosmetic imperfections or condition notes will be shown in the product description or explained before purchase.
These products are sold at reduced outlet pricing and may not include the same warranty coverage as new products.
Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage for these items is limited to functional manufacturing defects only.
Cosmetic condition, signs of use, surface marks, minor imperfections and outlet condition are not covered under warranty.
